 A 4-week live group program covering nutrition fundamentals, meal planning, navigating cravings and budget, and building lasting habits — delivered in a small group setting with weekly live sessions and a private community chat. A great lower-cost starting point, with the option to continue into 1-on-1 personalized counseling afterward.

Precious Kolawole provides promotional, advertising, and marketing services for wellness brands, nonprofit organizations, and businesses. Services include: brand promotion, content creation, event coverage (photos, videos, and website posts), and wellness education on behalf of partner organizations.
